High-purity compressed air solution for critical applications: the Donaldson Ultrapac MSD 0225 (formerly Ultrafilter/Ultra-Filter series) is a heatless regenerated adsorption dryer achieving ultra-low pressure dew points of -70°C (-94°F) or better – ideal for pharmaceutical, food & beverage, electronics, laboratories, or any process requiring technically oil-free and super-dry air (ISO 8573-1 Class 1-1-1 capable with proper pre-filtration).
Fully refurbished in February 2026 by Airlink Compressors engineers (airlinkcompressors.com) using only genuine Donaldson/Ultrafilter spares throughout. This complete purification package includes heatless twin-tower desiccant dryer, high-efficiency pre- and after-filters (UltraPleat® S or equivalent), level-controlled electronic condensate drain, and robust welded steel vessels for long-term reliability and low operating costs.

- Full vessel inspection, pressure test, and leak check
- Controller/alarm system verified and firmware updated
- 10-hour performance test simulating load with printed dew point/flow report
- 6-month parts & labour warranty (extendable to 12 months)
