This package pairs an HPC SK 19 Pulsair oil-injected rotary screw compressor (7.5 bar working pressure) with an HPC DC 26 heatless regenerative desiccant dryer, HPC ACT 26, Aquamat 2 OWS and a 500 litre air receiver. It is intended as a ready-to-specify plant for workshops, fabrication, CNC, packaging and process users who need more than refrigerated-dryer air quality.
What’s included
HPC KAESER SK 19 Pulsair 11kW 7.5bar rotary screw compressor Compact SK-series belt-drive package HPC Pulsair. Single-stage SIGMA PROFILE airend with fluid injection, automatic belt tensioning, high-efficiency motor and integrated oil separation.
HPC KAESER DC 26 heatless desiccant dryer Twin-tower heatless regenerative dryer for pressure dew points down to −40 °C (class 2) or optionally −70 °C (class 1), depending on configuration. Designed to sit after the compressor and protect tools, valves and process from moisture and frost.
HPC KAESER ACT 26 (with 3 x 5kg container of activated carbon) This is the specific mid-capacity model within the ACT (Activated Carbon Tower) series, built to bridge the gap between small point-of-use inline filters and high-volume industrial adsorption columns. Functioning as a high-purity deep-bed vapour filter, it guarantees technically oil-free, taste-neutral, and odourless air matching ISO 8573-1 Class 1 criteria.
HPC KAESER AQUAMAT 2 OIL/WATER SEPARATOR A widely used condensate management system designed to autonomously separate oil from compressor waste water, allowing for legally compliant on-site drainage into standard sewage networks

500 L storage vessel to buffer demand peaks, reduce compressor cycling and allow condensate drop-out before the dryer.
