The Med M-D-GE075-024 is a completely oil-less, compact compressor designed for medical and dental applications. This compact unit has a 24 litre air tank which has been internally coated in anti-oxidant epoxy protective paint, and a piston made from approved composite material, allowing this compressor to conform to the most stringent hygiene standards.
With a working pressure of 8 bar / 116 PSI and a receiver size of 24 litres (5 CFM) this open frame compressor is designed for a single dentist's chair.
The Medic+Air Series of compressors are insulated by multiple damping layers, including under the motor, tank and base-plate, reducing the noise and vibration output. This allows for vibration-free operation and decreased stress on component parts, thereby extending the life of your compressor.
Medic+Air compressors have an extremely low space requirement at 430 x 400 x 600mm. The electric motor features thermal cut-out control with a manual reset for enhanced safety. The advanced cooling fan has thermostatic controls for optimal cooling.
The air-output of a MedicAir compressor is:
- Free of oily residues, due to the oil-less compression
- Free of condensation, thanks to the adsorption dryer with high drying power (when paired with a drying unit)
- Free of any smell, thanks to the high-thickness inner coating of the tank, made with anti-oxidant epoxy paint
