The Hertz HRD 90 is a powerful refrigerated compressed air dryer engineered for consistent moisture removal in larger compressed air systems. It cools the air to a stable pressure dew point of +3°C, protecting downstream equipment, tools, processes, and products from corrosion, water damage, and contamination.
Designed for efficiency and durability, the HRD 90 features an oversized condenser and R-134a refrigerant, enabling reliable continuous operation at high inlet temperatures (up to 60°C) and ambient temperatures (up to 50°C). Integrated inlet and outlet filters (HGKON 405 MX + MY) reduce particles to 0.01 micron and residual oil to 0.01 mg/m³, delivering high-quality air in a compact, service-friendly unit.
