The Hertz HRD 40 is a premium refrigerated compressed air dryer designed for reliable moisture removal in compressed air systems. It cools the air to a stable pressure dew point of +3°C, protecting downstream equipment, tools, and processes from corrosion, water damage, and contamination.
Engineered for efficiency and ease of use, the HRD 40 features an oversized condenser and R-134a refrigerant, allowing continuous operation at high inlet temperatures (up to 60°C) and ambient temperatures (up to 50°C). Integrated inlet and outlet filters (HGKON 155 MX + MY) reduce particles to 0.01 micron and residual oil to 0.01 mg/m³, delivering ISO 8573-1 Class 4 air quality in a single compact unit.
